After having waged for a long time the activities of composition, teaching and performing, Laurent Cuniot fully devotes himself to conducting and composing. He is in charge of the “composition and new technologies” class at the Conservatory of Paris. In 1985 he becomes the artistic and musical director of TM+ Ensemble of which he progressively develops the artistic project, making it one of the most outstanding French Ensembles devoted to classical and contemporary repertoire. Since 1994 Laurent Cuniot is invited to conduct several orchestras such as the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra, which he regularly conducts both in the chamber and the symphonic formats. He also conducts various ensembles specialized on today’s music such as the Court-Circuit Ensemble (France), the Ensemble Orchestral Contemporain (France), Alter-Ego (Italy) or the Ensemble Recherche (Germany).
